CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS STUDY UNIT
- With wheels
- made of steel square shaped 30x30x2mm

The water feeding tank:
- Made of stainless steel

- Capacity 350l approx
- Equipped with a ischarge valve, an ivory PVC cover with inspection hole with lid
The graduated tank to measure delivery:
- Made of stainless steel

- Capacity 170l approx.
- Equipped with a discharge valve, an over flow, a water
- Feeding circuit and a level indicator
The first pump should be:
- Open-impeller centrifugal type
- Delivery 25 to 80 l/min, head 1.3 to 0.9 bar
- Driven by 2-speed three-phase Dahlander type induction motor
- Power 0.8-1.1 kW at 1450-2900 rpm
The second pump should be:
- Open-impeller centrifugal type
- Delivery 25 to 80 l/min, head 1.3 to 0.9 bar
- Driven by a swing frame d.c. motor with two shaft ends,
- Power 0.5 kW at 2900 rpm
- Each pump must be equipped with a flowmeter with the following characteristics:
- Produced entirely in Plexiglas with a calibrated and polished conical measuring hole obtained directly in the structure free float in AlSl 316
- Measuring range 0÷6000l/h;.
- Precision ±5% fs
- Hydraulic circuit with 6 ball valves to connect the two pumps in series or in parallel.
- Flow regulation valve
- Series of 4 gauges mounted on a vertical panel:
- Case in AISI 304;
- Wetted parts: Brass/Copper alloy
- Nominal diameter 100mm
- Measuring range: -1÷ 1,5 bar, accuracy class 1
- Case in AISI 304:
- Wetted parts: Brass/Copper alloy
- Nominal diameter 100mm
- Measuring range: 0÷ 2,5 bar, accuracy class 1
- Case in AISI 304:
- Wetted parts in AISI 316L
- Nominal diameter 150mm

- N°4 pressure taps with quick connect couplings for easy
