CONTINUOUSSTIRRED TANK REACTOR(C.S.T.R.) APPARATUS

Provided to measure the individual flow ofChemicals. The flow rate can be adjusted by operating the needle valvesprovided on respective Rota meter. The compressed air is used for circulationof feed. The CSTR is fitted with stirrer for proper mixing. From top outlet of itssamples are collected for analysis. Pressure Regulator, Pressure Gauge andSafety Valve are fitted in the compressed air line.

To study the progress of a suitable ChemicalReaction CSTR.

To determine the Reaction Rate Constant.

Compressed Air Supply at 1 HP, 2 CFM.

Water Supply.

Drain.
