SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE ANALYSIS SETUP
The device consists of power supply safety control board, steel and aluminium structure
bench, insertable surface grinding machine electrical control panel, casting material
formed surface grinding machine mechanical mechanism, surface grinding machine
holder frame, etc. User can detect faults on the panel directly to enhance understanding
of principle. There are more than 15 pcs specially designed control switches for manual
setting of particular functions, the surface grinding machine mechanical mechanism can
be connected with electrical part to achieve control, debugging and examination. The device is designed with ground protection and
leakage protection functions.
SPECIFICATIONS SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE
Electrical control panel: It covers all the components needed for surface grinding machine control, with the following minimum
configuration: at least two groups button switches, master switch and switch power supply, three phase breaker for leakage
protection (maximum current 6A), three groups of fuse bank, 127V alternating current contactor kit, 127V direct current
electromagnet, 6.3V colorized lighting unit, 36V indicator, five-grade transformer kit, two-line plug, 127V relay unit with
related bed structure, direct current 12V relay not less than 10 units, resistor and capacitor kit, rectifier unit, three groups of
thermal relay electrical units, panel carrying and adjusting mechanical unit, etc.
Surface grinding machine mechanical mechanism: it is designed no difference with real surface grinding machine in structure and
principle. The length is not less than 600mm, the height is not less than 310mm, the width is not more than 900mm. It is made of
stable steel, comes with movable and adjustable steel body support.
Surface grinding machine holder frame: 1177mm825mm645mm, steel frame with four universal lockable casting wheels.
Electrical control panel frame: 1000mm1700mm805mm, aluminium frame with four universal lockable casting wheels, a
material storage drawer, water proof, fire proof board.

- Power supply : Three-phase, AC 380V, 50Hz
- Capacity less than 300KVA and power less than 600W
- Action current leakage protection: less than 30mA, less than 0.1S
