WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER TEST RIG
The model will be suitably sectionedto demonstrate the internal construction details showing the minuteinformation, and working of the same, the model will be suitably painted andmounted on a metal or wooden base & supplied with key card & veryinteresting literature regarding working of the same.
EXPERIMENTAL SETUP
Compressor: Hermetically sealed compressor.
Condenser: Air Cooled condenser made out of copper pipe & Aluminumfins of matching capacity with fan cooling.
Evaporator: Fins and Copper tube type cooling coil of suitable capacityfitted in the unit Best Indian make.
Expansion device: Thermostatic expansion valve.
Energy Meter: For power measurement of compressor.
Pressure Gauge: 2 Nos. for H.P., L.P. measurement
Suitable filter/drier.
Hand Shut Off type Service valve.
Rotameter for Refrigerant flowmeasurement.
MS Stand: The unit shall be assembled on heavy duty Angle Iron Base.
Voltage: Single Phase 220 Volts 50 Hz. Ac Supply.
Manual: Operation and maintenances manual should be provided alongwith the supplied equipment
